Everything you need to know about requesting payouts, setting up payment methods, and receiving your trading profits.

PRO Payout Rules: Official eligibility and limits (minimum $500, 5 qualifying days, 50% consistency, safety net, sequential max caps) are in our Payout Rules and Procedures.

Overview

PRO Account holders can request payouts after meeting the selected account's qualifying-day, consistency, safety-net, and sequential-cap requirements. This guide covers the process from eligibility to receiving funds.

Important: Payouts are only available for PRO Accounts (funded accounts), not Evaluation Accounts. You must first successfully complete an evaluation to become eligible for payouts.

How You Can Receive Payouts

We do not require a bank account. You can receive payouts via:

  • PayPal — provide your PayPal email
  • Zelle — provide your Zelle email or phone number
  • Cash App — provide your $cashtag
  • Venmo — provide your Venmo username
  • Paper check — we mail a check to your profile address

Set your preferred method on the Payout Method page. We never see or store your bank account details. If you prefer, you can also add a bank account via Stripe (optional).

Your responsibility: Payouts are sent to the method and identifier you provide. You are responsible for providing correct details; we are not liable for funds sent to incorrect or fraudulent details.

We do not store bank account numbers. If you use PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo, you may link your bank on their platform; that is between you and them.

Payout Eligibility

Profit Target Achievement

To become eligible for payouts, you must:

  • Have a PRO Account (not an Evaluation Account)
  • Complete 5 qualifying days at the Intraday or EOD size-based minimum daily profit
  • Meet 50% consistency and the safety-net minimum balance
  • Have a verified payout method on file

Account Status

Your account must be in "active" status. Accounts marked as "Admin Only" or "Failed" are not eligible for payouts until the status is resolved.

Live status: The Request Payout page shows eligibility separately for each PRO Account, including its next payout number and maximum request.

Setting Up Payment Methods

Before requesting your first payout, set up how you want to receive funds. You can use PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or paper check (no bank account required), or optionally add a bank account via Stripe.

Option 1: No bank required (recommended)

From your dashboard, go to Payout Method. Choose PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or paper check, enter the requested identifier (e.g. PayPal email, $cashtag), and save. You can request payouts immediately after saving. We never see or store your bank details.

Option 2: Bank account via Stripe (optional)

If you prefer ACH to a bank account, click "Add Payout Method" on the Payout Method page. You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure onboarding where you enter bank details (routing and account number), complete verification, and accept Stripe's terms. Stripe verifies your account (may take 1–2 business days); we never store your bank details on our servers.

Security: We do not store bank account numbers. For no-bank methods we store only the identifier you provide (e.g. email, $cashtag). Bank details, when used, are handled solely by Stripe.

Requesting a Payout

Step 1: Check Your Available Balance

From your dashboard, check your "Available for Payout" balance. This is calculated as:

Available amount = the lowest of account profit, safety-net room, and the sequential cap for the next payout

The minimum payout request is $500.

Step 2: Submit Payout Request

To request a payout:

  1. Navigate to the "Request Payout" section in your dashboard
  2. Select your verified payout method
  3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (must be ≥ minimum payout)
  4. Add an optional description or note
  5. Review the payout details and confirm
  6. Submit your request

Step 3: Payout Processing

After submitting your request:

  • Auto-Approval: If auto-approval is enabled, your payout will be processed immediately
  • Manual Review: If manual review is required, an admin will review your request (typically within 24-48 hours)
  • Status Updates: You'll receive email notifications at each stage of the process
  • Processing Time: Once approved, funds typically arrive in 1-3 business days

Payout Limits & Fees

Minimum Payout Amount

The minimum payout amount is $500.00 for every supported PRO Account size.

Maximum Payout Amount

Each PRO Account has a maximum for payout #1 through #6. Intraday and EOD schedules are different; see the official payout tables.

Processing Fees

Payout processing fees, if any, are typically covered by the platform. However, your bank may charge fees for receiving transfers. Check with your bank for their fee structure.

Payout Frequency

You need at least 5 qualifying trading days (at the size-based minimum daily profit) since your last approved payout (or since you started) before requesting again. You must also meet the minimum balance and other PRO payout rules each time.

Payout Schedule & Processing Times

Request Submission

Payout requests can be submitted at any time, 24/7. There are no cutoff times or specific days when requests must be submitted.

Review & Approval

If manual review is required:

  • Review typically occurs within 24-48 hours during business days
  • You'll receive an email notification when your request is approved or if additional information is needed
  • Auto-approved payouts are processed immediately

Fund Transfer

Once approved, funds are sent to your chosen payout method:

  • PayPal / Zelle / Cash App / Venmo: We send to the identifier you provided; timing depends on the method (often same day or 1–2 business days).
  • Paper check: Mailed to your profile address; allow time for mail delivery.
  • Bank (Stripe): Typically 1–3 business days to your verified bank account.
  • You may receive an email when the payout is processed or sent.

Note: Processing times may be longer during holidays or weekends. International transfers may take additional time depending on your bank and location.

Account Balance Requirements

Minimum Balance After Payout

After payout, the selected account must remain at or above its safety net (starting balance + maximum drawdown + $100). This means:

  • You cannot withdraw funds that would bring your balance below the safety net
  • Your request also cannot exceed the cap for the account's next payout number
  • Your account may be marked as "Admin Only" until the balance is restored

Example Calculation

For a $50,000 PRO Account:

  • Initial balance: $50,000
  • Current equity: $55,000
  • Safety net: $52,100; minimum balance to request: $52,600
  • For payout #1, the maximum request is $1,500 under both $50K schedules
  • A $1,500 payout leaves $53,500, above the $52,100 safety net
